Pascale Mottet entered the profession in 1992. She began her career working in an attorney at law firm specializing in intellectual property. Then, she then practiced in different IP firms for more than 15 years before founding Cabinet Mottet & Associés.

- Trademarks, designs, copyright, domain names protection, prosecution and exploitation in France and abroad, availability searches,
- dealing and pursuing French and Community trademarks oppositions and cancellation actions
- handling and providing assistance in pre-litigation matters, infringement, unfair competition
- providing legal advice in relation with all areas of IP law, negotiating IP agreements (assignment, license, coexistence, co-ownership agreements).

Christophe Macquet, Consultant(Cabinet Macquet & Associés)

After having obtained the CEIPI diploma for Patents, Trademarks and Designs at Strasbourg IP law school in 1991, Christophe Macquet began his career, in 1992, as a Patent Attorney working in an IP firm. He then joined Schlumberger in 1997 where he was Intellectual Property Manager of the Smart Cards activity (now part of Gemalto) and, from 2001, of the Seismic and Well Cementing and Stimulation activities of Schlumberger Cambridge Research Ltd., Cambridge, U.K. before founding Macquet & Associes IP firm in 2004.
Christophe’s practice covers all aspects of patent laws and mainly relates to setting up and implementing patent and IP strategy in mechanics, IT and chemistry.
